The Switzer cousins held a family reunion on Canada Day weekend at Aspen Crossing Campground. Of the 11 first cousins, nine families came together for a fun weekend with 13.75 great-grandkids, all descendants of Ellery & Pearl. Families came from as far as Seattle, WA and Vancouver, BC. Shaune and Lee joined in the fun, and Shaune took a glider flight ride on Saturday. Cindy & Gerry Kunz, and Roxie Gregus joined the gang for a fabulous family birthday on Sunday, where all the great-grandkids had a ball “trick or treating” around the campsites for birthday treats. Homemade, hand-painted piñatas provided great fun at the birthday party too!

Marvin and Wanda were to Windthorst, Saskatchewan, to attend a Biesenthal family reunion on the weekend of July 7th.

Jim, Sheila, and the family were to Seattle to take in a few Blue Jay games on July 21-23.

Marvin and Wanda were to Medicine Hat to take in the stampede on Friday and then attend Sawyer’s 5th birthday.

Only a little to report these days but give me a call, and I will send it in.
