Bernice Kislanko

1930 ~ 2024

KISLANKO - Bernice Evelyn Kislanko of Oyen, Alberta passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at the age of 93 years, beloved wife of the late James Kislanko. She leaves to cherish her memory one sister, Lillian Hern, and sister-in-law Marie Steinley, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her husband James Kislanko on November 3, 2002; her parents Edward and Caroline Steinley; four brothers, Edward, Harold (Tina), Walter (Shirley),  Allan (Carol); one sister, Gladys (Syl) Bohonos; one niece, one nephew and one great nephew.  Bernice was an extremely talented singer, with a very powerful voice. Her talent was god given and she gave thanks for it.  A graveside service was held at the Hillside Cemetery on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. with Life Celebrant Pat Grisonich officiating.  To leave a message of condolence you may visit www.pattisonfuneralhome.com.
